Pears “Gute Luise” Switzerland soft-dried

We obtain these soft-dried “Gute Luise” pears from Lömmenschwil in St. Gallen.
The light flesh is wonderfully soft to the bite, has sweetness, a pronounced pear aroma and fine caramel notes.
Wonderful as an accompaniment to a cheese platter, for further processing into desserts or for pear breads.
Rich in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron, vitamin A and C.
