The taste of cloves combines sweetness with peppery. With its warm, aromatic and flowery scent and a burning pungency, cloves go well with marinades, meat dishes, fish soups, punch drinks or fruit compotes.
But be careful: dose cautiously!

Tip: Cook whole cloves and remove them before serving.
