Large chocolate praline with a creamy chocolate ganache filling, enriched with red vineyard peach liqueur from the Hubertus Vallendar distillery and delicate fruit pieces. The red vineyard peach captivates with its unique aroma – a herbaceous, aromatic, and tangy flavor that sets it apart from other peach varieties.

Now in its fourth generation, the Schell family runs a hotel, confectionery and café in Gundelsheim, Baden-Württemberg. With the aim of bringing out quality, transparency, fairness and the best flavours from the cocoa beans, Schell recently decided to no longer be “just” a confectioner, but to produce from bean to bar. We are happy about this; the chocolates are great.
