Mackerel fillet Colimena in olive oil 180g (Sgombro)

The Colimena Tonno fishing company is located in the heel of Italy, in northern Salento. From fishing to production to bottling, everything is done by hand here. The gutted fish fillets are boiled in water with spices, cooled slowly and then carefully filled into the jars. Through this gentle processing, the tuna fillets retain their organoleptic properties.
